24 Nov Trapizzino is Trill!
While strolling through the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park, I walked past Trapizzino, and suddenly stopped in my tracks because of the wonderful aroma coming from their kitchen. I was invited to try a sample of the Cacciatora filling that goes into the Italian Pizza Bianca Pocket, and it was so tasty that I had to buy one! It was seasoned very well, and every ingredient tasted fresh. The combination of chicken, white wine, and rosemary was executed perfectly. The warm dough from the pizza pocket was crispy on the outside and, and soft on the inside. It was love at first bite! I was super hungry so I also tried the Cacio E Pepe fried risotto balls with pecorino romano cheese, and black pepper (insert emoji praise hands)! This must be their version of soul food because I could tell that it was all made with love. It was Roman home cooking at its finest. So Trill!
